Background and Overview
For a long time, the
public has been aware of the presence of beings on the planet of human lifewave
lineage who existed at a more rarified or perfected state of beingness than the
average person. Most past cultures called them goddesses, gods, masters,
buddhas, bodhisattvas, saints, sages, mages, and wizards. In many ways they were
similar to humanity except for various powers, abilities, or skills they
possessed; as well as, long life or virtual immortality.

In order to maximize the
grounding and manifestation of the Divine Plan patterning for each of the Twelve
Universal Ray energetic templates, which are washing the Earth and its
inhabitants with many hues of Divine Rainbows at this time, the members of the
office of each Universal Ray form a cohesively interactive group that shares
both the powers and the responsibilities for that Universal Ray in an evenhanded
and equitable manner.
The symbolic tonal
qualities of the position titles for each of the Twelve Universal Rays was
carefully chosen to indicate the full import of the outworking of the Divine
Plan for this local universe via the inherent interrelationship between name and
form.
They are Hierarch of the
First Ray of Will Empowerment, Hierarch of Second Ray of Matrix Synthesization,
Hierarch of Third Ray of Harmonics Restoration, Hierarch of Fourth Ray of Wisdom
Integration, Hierarch of Fifth Ray of Rainbow Healing, Hierarch of Sixth Ray of
Traditions Preservation, Hierarch of Seventh Ray of Mythos Transformation,
Hierarch of Eighth Ray of Divine Coordination, Hierarch of Ninth Ray of Divine
Protection, Hierarch of Tenth Ray of Divine Illumination, Hierarch of Eleventh
Ray of Divine Mage, and Hierarch of Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction.

The title Hierarch
partners Hier for the Sacred trust aspects of this position of World Service
with Arch which signifies great attainment and mastery. Arch also symbolizes the affinity and harmonic
resonance of the six Hierarchs with the six Archangels serving on the same
Universal Ray.
The word Archangel is representative of an angel who epitomizes
the fullest development of the qualities, attributes, and principles of the
Twelve Universal Rays. Many commendable Archangel Caliber functional responsibilities, modalities, and qualities have
been exhibited in daily life throughout the Natural Landscape, not just by the
angels in these spheres of existence, but, also by those of the human lifewave.
Now that the Earth has
crossed the threshold of a new millenium, it is time to make a quantum leap
beyond the former patterns of discipleship to welcome change patternings of soul
friendship and accelerated life spiral evolution which involve dreaming new
dreams and quickened growth stimulated by a steady stream of insightful
knowledge and practical inspirational wisdom.
All the Hierarchs of the
Twelve Universal Rays then are described in terms of cultures,
descriptive energy signature phrases, folklore, legends, myths, and names. Each of the Goddesses Gods Divinities has a very distinctive soulnote
or spiritual personality that reflects not only their current evolutionary
status, but also their personal functional aspirations for the Universal
Ray they work on and the modalities they use. All of their Sacred Sites
were chosen by them based on a multitude of factors including planetary needs,
areas of specialized mastery, and personal proclivities.
Many images have been
selected by the Hierarchs of the Twelve Universals Rays which they feel resemble
them in some way. They now have been added to their personal pages.
Most of the Hierarchs of the Twelve Universal Rays now have a depiction or
portrayal on their personal description pages in the form of drawings, frescoes,
paintings, sculptures, woodcuts etc. Until a suitable resemblance can be located
