Astrology has changed with the spiraling currents of Spirit Streams and Life Dances over the millenial passages and evolutionary epochs. The movements of newly discovered planets through the different astrology signs like Uranus and Pluto (unknown to either the Chaldean and Arabian astrologers; or, the Greek and Roman astrologers who later on emulated them) have only recently been analyzed for their influence and impact on daily life. Both Chinese astrology and Indian Vedic astrology are based on ancient records and systems that are substantially different from the Western (Heliocentric; Placidian) system that most modern astrologers use; yet, all three types of astrology are still a viable means today for large numbers of people in the world to gain a better understanding about their unique personality traits and life purpose. Seem complicated? Well it is, especially since the solar system undergoes periodic cyclical change. As the collective consciousness journeys into previously uncharted waters, astrology systems adapt to keep pace with the rapid planetary growth. The type of astrology discussed here is Western. At its best Astrology gives some sense of meaning to your life - to the cyclical seesaws of day to day existence, the ups and downs, the highs and lows, the successes and failures, and the joys and sorrows. It is an astute synthesis of how the positions and interrelationships of the planets in the Heavens Above affected all your levels of your Beingness as you took your first breath of Earth Below.
Since everyone is gifted
with the power of choice and words can have many meanings, Astrology is both a
precise science and an intuitive art. For example, you can find books that
delineate and detail what Venus in Libra means and what Venus in the Fourth
House means but there are no books that tell you what Venus in Libra in the
Fourth House means. You have to synthesize it for yourself. Then if you factor
in that exact conjunction of Venus in Libra with the natal Neptune in Libra in
the fourth house and extrapolate further to include that separating transiting
trine with Pluto in Sagittarius you can see how intricate the schematics get.
The first astrology book I ever read around 1963 was my grandmother's. Almost forty some years later, Astrology still fascinates me. There is always something new to glean, to cognize, and to interpret. It has always proven to be an accurate guide especially during times of life passages, intense growth, and phase transitions. The basic natal birth chart provides the blueprint matrix, while, the transiting planets act as changes in the weather patterns. At its best it is an important navigational tool which you can use to safely steer your soul boat over the shoals of life towards the sunrises and sunsets on your horizons. Each country has its own astrology sign usually based on its birth date as a nation. The USA's was July 4, 1776. Each state in the USA has its own astrology sign based on the day it joined the union. Each city has a birth date it celebrates and so on. If you were born with a Cancer Ascendant on the East Coast of the USA in a Cancer town in a Sagittarius state and move to the West Coast to an Aquarius town in an Aquarius state then you have a new locality chart. Although the planets do not change in your overall astrology chart, the three hour time difference changes your ascendant, for example, from Cancer to Gemini and all your planets are in different houses then they were before. Your house of marriage and partnerships might have been empty before and ruled by Saturn and Capricorn. Now it is ruled by Jupiter and Sagittarius and your planets Mars and Jupiter which are both aspected have relocated there from your house of work and health. What changes can you expect in your partnerships, work environment, and overall health? Are they welcome or unwelcome changes in your daily life? Astrology then is much more than the study of just your Sun Sign. Astrology takes into account the positions of all of the planets (sometimes the asteroids as well), in the skies over the place where you were born. Similar to putting the many pieces of a complex jigsaw puzzle together, an astrologer analyzes their placement in the different signs and the different houses of the horoscope wheel along with the various aspects and relationships that they form with each other. Then the astrologer tells you whether you have a roadmap to Seattle, Washington or a map for a road that leads through Des Moines, Iowa. The choice whether to travel that road or chose an alternate route entirely is still yours alone to make.
Natal Birth Chart, Relationship Compatibility, Relocation,
and Transits Analysis can offer valuable insights and knowledge about where you have been, where you
are now, and where you're headed if you do nothing to alter your destiny, or, to
take charge of your life. From the moment you take your first breath until the
moment you take your last, there is a best case scenario already written for
you. Life is a journey of mind, body, heart, and spirit and your personal
horoscope is the map you need to arrive at your destination of joy, prosperity,
and fulfillment...
